What’s the story behind our name?

People ask about the name on our purchase contracts, so here’s the short version. We’re Steven and Erin Williams, and we met in Provo, Utah — Erin was living on Green Canyon Road, and our first home together sat at the “Point of the Mountain.” We mashed the two together: Point Green. When we moved to the Bay Area — Erin grew up in Danville, Steven in Southern California — we kept the name for our company and began buying homes the way we’d want to be treated: directly, in cash, as-is, no games. So the legal name you’ll see at closing is Point Green Home Solutions, LLC, doing business as Rapid Home Solutions. Same family, start to finish.
